Dianne Simpson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Guiding Light Home Care. She established the company with a simple belief: every individual deserves compassionate, respectful, and dependable care while remaining as independent as possible in the comfort of home.
Her passion for serving others, combined with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and quality continues to shape the company’s mission, vision, and culture.
